ONE CORP Established on 6th October 1994 with the name of One Trading and Informatics Technology Co., LTD, specialized in provide IT devices with charter capital of 350 Million VND.
ESTABLISH
ONE CORP On March 2001, charter amendments to 5 Billions and becomes a joinstock company with One Trading and Informatics Technology Joinstock Company, specialized in provide IT devices and IT infastructure.
CHARTER AMENDMENT
ONE CORP On July 2007, charter amendments to 10 Billions VND and rename to One Communication Technology Corporation, specialized in  system integration, provide IT devices and IT infastructure.
CHARTER AMENDMENT
ONE CORP On Jun 2008,  charter amendments to 20 Billions VND and becomes a public listed company, all 2 Millions stocks exchange at HNX.

PUBLIC LISTING
ONE CORP From Jun 2009, besides the traditon sector Informatic Technology, by collaborating and advancing to the strategic partnership like Juniper, Alcatel - Lucent, Avaya... ONE start to expand to new sector: Telecommuncation.
TELE COMMUNICATIONS
ONE CORP May 2010 charter amendments to 35.7 Millions VND. Establised an representative office at Da Nang.
DEVELOP
ONE CORP July 2010, completed and formally operate a Quality Management System follow TCVN ISO 9001:2008/ ISO 9001:2008 standard.
QUALITY
ONE CORP October 2010 corporate conference to development strategy from 2010 to 2020: To strive to enter the top 10 in 2015 and 2020 in the top 5 of the Vietnam IT company in system integration , supply IT infrastructure and telecommunications sector.
STRATEGY
ONE CORP Jan 2011,  charter amendments to 50 Millions VND by stock issuance to curent 
shareholders.
CHARTER AMENDMENT
ONE CORP Dividend for share holders around 10% to 17%.
