NECESSARY OF THE PABX SYSTEM

The communication kept a function very importance in life. To meet the requirements of internal communication, before normally we need to register direct lines from Telephone Service Provider (ex. VNPT, Viettel ….)

What happened when a lot of directly lines were used:

  • Arising many cost for monthly subscriber and for internal calls.
  • Uncomfortable when we make internal call because digit of number phone (extension) very long.
  • There is not a main number phone to represent for customer. The customer must be remember a lot of number phones when make call.
  • Do not support some features as: Display calling number, pick-up call, transfer call, phone lock, voice mail, conference ….
  • The accounting management depends on Telephone service provider.

The PABX system will comply above. The PABX system will provide private number phone for each personal (extension) or group of function people. All those number phones can make outgoing call and receive incoming call from trunk line between the PABX system and Telephone service provide. Useful from the PABX system:

  • Reduce monthly cost for all local subscribers.
  • Do not pay cost for internal calls.
  • Internal number phone shortly, may be used from 2 digits to 4 digits depend customer’s requirements.
  • The customer only remembers the main number then we can call direct to internal number phone via DISA (Direct Inward System Access) function or receptionist.
  • Using advance feature of system as: display calling number, pick-up call, transfer call, voice mail, call lock …
  • Support accounting manager system to generation extension report, group report, trunk report that does not depend on by Telephone service provider.

The client/server architecture is based on the Linux operating system provide high stability and security. Easy to expand configuration system (increase module and media gateway) by copper cable, fiber cable or IP environment.
